The moderation process takes 2–6 hours.
To successfully pass moderation, you need to upload:
-
A photo of your document,
-
A selfie with the document,
-
A profile photo.
First, you must upload:
-
A selfie with your passport,
-
A separate photo of your passport (OR any other document that shows your date of birth).
To successfully pass document moderation, follow this instruction:
1. Take a selfie with your document. Your document and your face must be clearly visible in the photo.
Important: Do not cover your face with the document (for example, the passport can be under your chin or next to your head, BUT not covering your face).
The photo must be taken in a well-lit place.
2. Send a photo of your document. The photo must not contain anything else. The document must be clearly visible.
The next step is uploading your profile photo.
To successfully pass profile photo moderation, the photos must meet the following requirements:
-
Photos must not be sexual in nature (no nudity or sexual gestures).
-
They must be of good quality.
-
Your face must be clearly visible.
-
The photos must be your own (no fake photos).
-
Only you should be in the photo (it is forbidden to upload photos of children or other people).
Important: Try to upload profile photos that are as close as possible to your document photo (the one where you hold your passport next to your face).
The better and higher quality the photos you upload, the faster you will pass moderation and the more users will want to meet you!
If you successfully pass moderation, you can start working 🥳
In case of unsuccessful moderation, you will receive a notification from the application.
