Why can't I make a payment request (withdrawal)?

You can request a withdrawal when you have at least $40 (30,000 coins) in your balance.

If you have $40 (30,000 coins) in your balance, follow this instruction:

1. Press the “Withdrawal” button.

2. Enter your Binance ID (BUID) and click "Request withdrawal".

3. Click "request" and wait for the payment.

4. Payouts are processed on Thursdays throughout the day. The withdrawal request must be submitted by Wednesday (inclusive).
