If your payment was cancelled, it means that you entered incorrect payment details. In order for the payment to be sent successfully, you must enter your Binance ID (BUID). You can find your Binance ID in your Binance account.
- On the Binance website: Log in to your account, click on your profile and select the "Dashboard" tab. In this tab, you will see your user ID next to your email address at the top of the page.
- In the Binance app: Click on the profile icon in the top left corner. You will then see your user ID under your email address.
