Your rating decreases if a user gives you a bad review after a call.
The more bad reviews you get, the lower your rating will be.
To raise your rating, you need to receive as many good reviews (4 and 5 stars) from users as possible.
To encourage users to give you good ratings after a call, follow these tips:

Be friendly and polite with users (don’t offend or be rude).

Show interest in the conversation and in the user.

Don’t do other things (like cooking, cleaning, etc.) during the conversation.

Maintain a neat and tidy appearance.

Talk with the user as long as possible.

Write to users, ask how they are doing, and show genuine interest.

Accept friend requests from users and ask them to add you as a friend.
